Vancouver Island Charity Riders are a group of motorcycle riding enthusiasts who have come together for a common goal, which is to continually raise money for local and individual charities with the primary focus being on children in need. For many years, motorcycle riders have been gathering at the Waddling Dog Inn on Wednesday evenings and it is here that you can meet up with some of the VICR members.
